Currently there is an insurance option with some group health policies called “Silver and Fit”. Insurance companies are not benevolent, they are in it for the buck. Their logic is that keeping their policyholders physically fit, enables them to make more of those bucks than they would if their clientele were continually sick. It works. It is a win-win deal. The key condition for this benefit is that the policyholders actually take the actions that will keep them fit. Get off their couches. Go out and strengthen themselves physically.
OK, so “Relighting Us” is a Silver and Fit policy of the spirit. It will assist in strengthening your spiritual health if it is practiced. It requires the exercising of that same spirit. Essentially, physically revisiting your best memories with a close person, recreating that visit in physical story form (typing its final form into the computer), and then sharing it with others. Like physical exercise, it too works, in the spirit. I am testimony.
Simple to do. Most of the stuff you already have. All you need are hands, feet, transport, note pad, pencil, and computer.
There it all is. Pure and simple. If you can’t operate a computer, get someone close to do it for you. They can type it up and submit to “Relight Us.” Most any child over 10 would not have a problem doing that for you.
But you need to go out and get the ball rolling.
Your spiritual fitness will grow and grow.
